Screen language per user
Each user chooses their language in My profile → Language. The register switches as soon as they log in, so two cashiers on the same register can use different languages.
Right-to-left languages (Arabic, Urdu) mirror the layout automatically.
Receipt language
- Go to Settings → Invoice layouts and edit the layout your store uses.
- Choose the language for labels (Total, Tax, Change).
- To print two languages, add the second language’s labels in the layout’s custom fields, for example Arabic and English on UAE tax invoices.
Edit a translation
If a word does not match how your staff talk, change it under Settings → Translations. Search for the English text, type your version and save. It applies to everyone using that language.
Add a language
Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Sindhi and Pashto can be added as custom translations. Ask us on onboarding.
