The bundle is the Full Shift POS, a managed Store Website and a CRM snapshot set up for convenience stores, on one monthly bill per store. The website setup fee is waived. Every part works on its own; the bundle makes them one service with one support line.
A snapshot is a ready-made CRM setup: contact lists, automations, message templates and pipelines built for a type of business. Ours is built for c-stores: it texts customers for Google reviews, replies to missed calls by text, tracks catering and bulk orders, and sends promos to customers who opted in.
The snapshot runs on HighLevel, a widely used small-business CRM. Your bundle includes a CRM sub-account with the snapshot loaded; you do not need your own HighLevel subscription.
The CRM account and snapshot are included. Text and email sending is billed at the messaging provider's per-message rates, which we show you before you send anything. Most review and missed-call texts cost cents.
Yes. The bundle costs less than Full Shift plus the Store Website separately, and it adds the CRM snapshot and waives the website setup fee. Use the savings calculator to compare with what you pay today.
Yes. Move to Full Shift alone or keep only the website from your account. Month to month, no penalty.
Your domain stays yours. If you cancel the website, we hand over the domain and an export of your content.
Yes, with local prices. Pick your country at the top of the page. The CRM texting part follows local messaging rules; WhatsApp is usually the better channel there and we set it up on onboarding.
Only with their consent. The snapshot collects opt-in at the counter and online, includes opt-out in every promo text and keeps a record. You stay responsible for following US TCPA and carrier rules or local rules in your market.
