Country and tax questions

Does the POS work outside the US?

Yes. We sell in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. The same POS sets its currency, tax rules, invoice layout, date and number formats and languages from the country you choose when you create your business.

Can one business run stores in two countries?

The POS supports multiple currencies and locations. For tax reasons most owners run a separate business per country; ask on your demo and we will set it up the way your accountant prefers.

How do tax rates and tax groups work?

You create tax rates (for example a state sales tax or 5% VAT) and combine them into tax groups for items taxed differently. Each product gets a tax group, and prices can be entered tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive.

Do you have fiscal or e-invoicing certification?

No. We do not claim fiscal printer, FBR or UAE e-invoicing certification. A Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing module exists on the platform for stores in Saudi Arabia.

Why are prices different in each country?

Each market is priced for its stores, in round local amounts, not converted from dollars: AED prices include VAT as UAE consumer rules expect, and Pakistan prices fit local store budgets.

Can I change the receipt language?

Yes. Receipts and invoices can print in English, Arabic, Urdu, Spanish and more, or two languages on one receipt.

Will you add other countries?

Not in this phase. If you run stores elsewhere, tell us; the software handles multiple currencies and tax setups, but we only sell and support where we can do it properly.
