Step 1 · about 2 min

Email, password, store name. No card for the trial.

  • Your name, email and a password
  • Store name and country
  • No card for the trial

Use an email you check daily: shift reports and stock alerts go there.

Step 2 · about 5 min

Create the business

Country, currency, tax rates, receipt header and your language.

  • Currency and time zone set from your country
  • Tax rates and tax groups (sales tax, 5% VAT, GST)
  • Receipt header, footer and logo
  • Default language for screens and receipts

Add tax groups for items taxed differently, like grocery vs. prepared food.

Step 3 · about 5 min

Add stores & registers

Each location, its registers, cash drawers and staff with PINs.

  • Each store with its address and hours
  • Registers per store, each with its cash drawer
  • Staff with PINs and roles (cashier, manager, owner)

Give every cashier their own PIN on day one. It is what makes shift reports fair.

Step 4 · about 15 min

Add products

Import the CSV from your old register, or scan items in one by one.

  • Import a CSV from your old register: name, barcode, category, cost, price, stock
  • Or scan items one by one and type the price
  • Flag tobacco, vape, beer and lottery categories for age prompts

With a CSV from the old register; longer if typed by hand.

Step 5 · about 3 min

Go live

Ring the first sale. Your online store is built from the catalogue.

  • Ring a test sale and print a receipt
  • Open the drawer from the printer
  • Your online store page is generated from the catalogue

Run one real shift side by side with the old register before you switch over.

What gets built for you automatically

The moment your products are in, the POS generates an online store from them: a page per category, product photos and prices, stock shown as in or out, and your hours and address. Share the link on Google, WhatsApp or a sign at the counter.

Want more than a catalogue, with local SEO, deals pages and someone who updates it for you? That is the managed Store Website, or the Whole Store Bundle.

Setup questions

How long does it take to set up a convenience store POS?

About 30 minutes from sign-up to first sale if you have a product file from your old register: sign up about 2 minutes, create the business about 5 minutes, add stores & registers about 5 minutes, add products about 15 minutes, go live about 3 minutes. Typing products by hand takes longer; we import your file free.

Do I need a technician to install it?

No. It runs in a web browser on a PC, Android tablet or iPad. You plug in a USB or Bluetooth scanner, a receipt printer and a cash drawer, and sign in. We can check the hardware with you on a free one-hour screen share.

Is there software to download?

No download is needed for the POS screen. Owners can install the mobile app to see reports on the go.

What do I need ready before I start?

A product list exported from your old register (CSV or Excel), your tax rates, the number of registers and the names of your staff. That is it.

How does the online store get created?

When you add products, the store builds an online catalogue from them automatically: names, prices, photos and stock. You switch it on, choose which categories show, and share the link. No web designer needed.

Can I run the new POS next to my old register first?

Yes, and we recommend it for one shift. Ring sales on the new POS while the old one stays on standby, then switch for good.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes. Book a free migration call: send us your product file, we import it, then walk you through registers, printers and a test sale.

What happens after the trial?

Pick a plan before day 14 to keep selling. If you do not, the account pauses with your data kept; nothing is charged automatically.

Is it the same process in the UAE and Pakistan?

Yes. Choosing your country sets the currency, VAT or sales tax and date formats. US-only features like lottery and fuel are hidden.
