What runs in your language

Short answer

Everything a cashier or manager reads: the POS screen, buttons, prompts (like the ID check), receipts, invoices and reports. Language is set per user, so one store can run in several languages at once, and translations can be edited so the words match how your staff talk.

  • POS screen, menus and prompts
  • Receipts and tax invoices, also bilingual
  • Reports and the owner app
  • Right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu
  • Editable custom translations

Why language matters at a c-store counter

Compliance prompts people understand

An ID prompt in the cashier's own language gets read, not clicked away.

Fewer mistakes at shift close

Counting the drawer and logging payouts in your own language is faster and more accurate.

Owners decide in their language

Many store owners read English fine but run their business in Gujarati, Urdu, Arabic, Korean or Spanish. Reports in that language are the ones that get read. That is why our demos are available in six languages.

Language questions

Can the POS run in my staff's language?

Yes. The POS screen, receipts and reports run in 9 languages including English, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Korean, and each user picks their own. Arabic and Urdu use right-to-left layouts.

Can two cashiers use different languages on the same register?

Yes. Language is a per-user setting, so the morning cashier can work in Spanish and the night cashier in Urdu on the same register.

Can I print receipts in two languages?

Yes. Invoice layouts can show labels in two languages, for example Arabic and English for UAE tax invoices or Urdu and English in Pakistan.

What if a word is translated badly?

Translations are editable. You or we can change any label, so the screen says "udhaar" or "safe drop" the way your staff say it.

Can I add a language that is not listed?

Yes, through custom translations. Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Sindhi and Pashto are set up this way; tell us on onboarding.

Is product data translated?

Product names are what you type. Many stores keep names in English for barcodes and suppliers, and use the language setting for the screen and receipts.

Is support available in these languages?

Demos and onboarding calls are available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Korean.

Is this website in my language?

The home, pricing and contact pages are in Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi and Korean. The full site is in English for now.
