What is the auto-generated online store?
It is an online catalogue built automatically from the products in your POS: names, photos, prices and stock, grouped by category. You switch it on, choose what to show and share the link. It is included in every plan at no extra cost.
Do I need to build anything?
No. Add products to the POS as you normally would, and the store follows. You can choose the categories, the store photo and the description shown at the top.
Are tobacco and alcohol shown online?
Age-restricted items are hidden from the online catalogue by default, because online display and sale rules for tobacco, vapes and alcohol vary. You can choose what to show in line with your licences.
Can customers order online?
The online store shows what you have. Ordering for pickup or delivery and online payment depend on your setup and local rules; we set up what fits your store on onboarding.
Does it update prices automatically?
Yes. Change a price on the POS and the online store shows the new price.
Can I use my own domain?
The online store lives on a link we provide. For your own domain, local SEO and more pages, add the managed Store Website.
Is it the same as the Store Website?

Does it work in Arabic or Urdu?
